GreenLeaf / COR-PLAN is a land developer that has been in operation since 1990. Recent Peterborough area projects include developing and servicing Summer Lane, a 72-unit freehold residential subdivision and Hetherington Drive, with 54 freehold townhouses. The Woodland Rental Community is now in progress, consisting of two purpose-built luxury rental buildings comprising 71 suites and a 22,000 square feet neighbourhood commercial centre.

Greenleaf / COR-PLAN is thrilled to have won the Peterborough and the Kawarthas Home Builders Association Award for Multi-Residential 11 Units & Over at their 2022 Housing Design Awards! This award recognizes the excellent architectural qualities of new multi-residential buildings, including overall exterior and interior design, use of building forms and materials, creative use of space, functionality of floor plan and overall appeal to a target market.
