The exterior is aesthetically pleasing from the parking lot, bike shed, and eco-friendly garbage and recycling to the design and colours on the building. The landscaping in the spring will complement the exterior beautifully.
The interior lobby is organized and bright with a secure and convenient intercom system for deliveries and guests as well as mailboxes, and the fob-activated door openers are very helpful when carrying groceries. The elevator lobby is adorned with live plants and an artistic wall print. The elevator and stairs are conveniently located and the four temperature-controlled floors are bright, spacious and equipped with emergency lights and stairs at both ends for safety and convenience.

The interior décor flows throughout each apartment with light grey paint, an accent wall in the living room area, white subway backsplash tiles, extra-wide white baseboards and trim finish with light coloured, easy to care for laminate floors. There is an abundance of lights and electrical plugs. Many fire alarms, hoses and sprinklers throughout the building provide a safe and secure environment.
I love the open-concept, spacious design of the living room and kitchen area, which has an abundance of cabinets and drawers. Stainless steel appliances and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer and water tank are all convenient and aesthetically pleasing.
