ABOUT US
GreenLeaf / COR-PLAN is a land developer that has been building communities since 1990. Recent Peterborough-area projects include Summer Lane, a 72-unit freehold residential subdivision, and Hetherington Drive, featuring 54 freehold townhouses.
At Woodland Rental Community, we believe a great place to live is about more than the building itself. We make a point of getting to know our residents and creating a welcoming sense of community, including our annual resident get-together where neighbours can connect and spend time together.
Today, the Woodland Rental Community includes two purpose-built rental buildings with 71 suites, with a third building to follow.
