SUITE LAYOUTS
The Woodland offers a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom suites on five floors. All suites are designed with contemporary finishes and fixtures, LED lighting, 8'-6" ceilings and include in-suite laundry, heating and air-conditioning.

For residents with accessibility concerns, we offer 1 and 2 bedroom suites with accessible features and amenities. For a full list of features, refer to the Features and Finishes page.

ONE-BEDROOM SUITES
All one-bedroom suites include a combined open concept kitchen, eating and living area. Bedrooms are generous, and the 3-piece bath includes a tub-shower. Accessible suites include a shower. The accessible suites include a barrier-free path of travel, oversize doors, accessible kitchen and bath fixtures and low-height switches and controls. Upper floors include 6 or 8 feet wide patio doors (refer to plans).
"The interior décor flows throughout each apartment with light gray paint, an accent wall in the living room area, white subway backsplash tiles, extra wide white baseboards and trim finish with light coloured, easy to care for laminate floors. There is an abundance of lights and electrical plugs.
Many fire alarms, hoses and sprinklers throughout the building provide a safe and secure environment.
I love the open concept spacious design of the living room, kitchen area which has an abundance of cabinets and drawers. Stainless steel appliances and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer and water tank are all convenient and aesthetically pleasing.

The kitchen has a large sink and faucet with a spray hose and extra wide counter top to accommodate chairs and an eating area with lots of counter space."

Ensuite bath includes a five feet shower with built-in seat (refer to plan).The accessible and universal suites include a barrier-free path of travel, oversize doors, accessible kitchen and bath fixtures and low-height switches and controls.
